How it feels

The material is soft on the first touch and stays soft after it has been dragged around the house. The shell is a short brushed fibre that goes flat under a hand and springs back when you let go.

Where it ends up

It suits a nursery shelf, a dorm bed or the passenger seat of a long drive. Brush the fur with a soft brush after a wash and the fluff returns.

Adorable and soft, but more of a squeaky noise

I'm a sucker for plushies, so probably not surprising that I find this one adorable. The fabric is very soft and the colors are nice. The wings are full wings that can move (not sewn to the body). The box it came in was pretty tight, so it was fairly smushed in there (see photo for how much it doesn't fit in the box now that I took it out of the plastic). That resulted in the feathers being squashed down, given it a current "bed head" look. Hopefully that will be lessened over time now that it's out of the box, but I'm not sure it will. The sound it makes is not quite what I was expecting; it's not an accurate bird sound. The sound is make when you shake the bird. It's more of a squeaky noise than a bird call. Overall very cute.
