What we never keep
A short page, because this site is a catalogue and collects almost nothing.
No accounts, no baskets, no card details
This site has no sign-up of any kind and never has. We do not run a basket, we do not take payments, and no card number has ever touched this site. When you press a button on a product card you arrive at our product listing, and everything financial happens over there under that store's own rules.
What the server sees
Our host records the ordinary things a web server records — a request, a page address, a rough location, a browser string — and we look at it in aggregate to see which plushies people are actually hunting for. It is not tied to a name and we do not try to tie it to one.
If you write to us, your message and your address sit in a mailbox until the question is answered, and then they stay there like any other old email. We do not add you to a mailing list; we do not have one. Ask us to delete the thread and we will.
