Who sews the ears
A small studio, one sampling room, and a couch that disappeared under plush about eight years ago.
How we started
PEACH CAT began with a pattern for a cat with a curling tail and a shop that sold out of it in a week. We spent the next years doing the same thing over and over: draw an animal, sew it badly, fix the pattern, sew it again, hug it, send it out. The sampling room still works that way.
We make plush toys and nothing else. No homeware, no apparel, no licences. Every stuffed animal with our name on it came off a table in our own studio, which is why the banana duck, the long cat pillow and the palm-sized chick all feel like they belong to the same family when you put them next to each other.
What this site is for
This is the whole cuddle pile in one place, sorted by what the thing is rather than by when we launched it. Our product listing is excellent at selling one plush and terrible at showing you the other hundred and eighty, so we built this to show you the rest.
Every card carries the price and the stock state read from our own listing, and the button takes you to that listing to order. We do not take payments here and we never see your card.
What we will not do
We do not stuff with foam, we do not glue features on, and we do not put a long pile on a plush that is meant to be slept with. We have tried all three because they are cheaper and they all came back to us in the post.
