House rules of the pile
The plain version of what this site is, what it promises and what it does not.
What this site is
A catalogue of the plush toys we make, published by us, kept current from our own product listing. Prices and stock states are read from that listing and can change between a read and your visit; the figure at the checkout is the one that counts, always.
Pictures and descriptions
Photographs are of the actual plush, shot in our studio, and colours shift a little between screens. Measurements are end to end along the longest line, flat and unstretched, with a tolerance of about half an inch — a stuffed animal is a soft object and no two come out identical to the millimetre.
Orders, warranties and the store
Buying happens at the partner store. Its terms govern payment, delivery, returns and any guarantee attached to the sale, and its support team is the one that can act on an order. Faults in the plush itself we always want to hear about, whatever the store decides.
Using our words and pictures
The text, the photographs and the patterns on this site are ours. Quote a sentence with a link and we are flattered; lift a product photograph to sell your own plush and we will ask your host to take it down.
