Leave a paw print
Questions about a plush, a size, a colourway or a wholesale run come to one mailbox and a person reads them.
What we can help with
Which size fits a particular bed. Whether a colourway is coming back. What a plush actually measures across rather than along. Whether something is safe for a one-year-old. Press, wholesale and collaboration notes land in the same place.
What we cannot help with
We cannot look up an order, change an address, chase a parcel or process a return. Orders are placed and fulfilled by the partner store you bought from, and they hold every piece of information about them — we do not get a copy. For anything with an order number on it, write to the store you ordered from and they will sort it out far faster than we could.
Where we are
The studio address is below. There is no shop counter at it, so please do not turn up hoping to buy a duck.
